LEED CertifiedThis comprehensive, two-phase project began with the rigorous shell improvement of an existing 15,000-square-foot commercial building. The initial phase focused on revitalizing the exterior envelope with new finishes and upgraded fenestration, alongside the introduction of universally accessible restrooms and a modernized main lobby.
Critical core infrastructure upgrades included the integration of two new elevators and reinforced stair cores to improve vertical circulation and life safety.
The second phase encompassed a tailored tenant improvement for the Social Security Administration. This interior buildout introduced specialized programmatic elements, including modern kitchenettes, cafe spaces, dedicated conference rooms, and private executive offices to support the agency's daily operations.
Reflecting our commitment to sustainable design practices, both the core-and-shell improvements and the subsequent interior buildouts successfully achieved LEED Certification.
