Conceived as a market-ready tenant improvement, this project revitalizes a 2,000-square-foot commercial shell to meet the dynamic demands of the modern workplace. The intervention required a strategic interior buildout, balancing open, flexible zones with dedicated areas for focused work and collaboration.
The spatial program introduces a finely detailed conference room and a private executive office, establishing a clear structural hierarchy. Essential core upgrades include fully modernized, universally accessible restrooms, ensuring the space exceeds contemporary requirements while elevating the daily occupant experience.
To optimize environmental performance and spatial quality, the facility was comprehensively updated with a highly efficient HVAC system. A new, integrated lighting scheme was deployed throughout, carefully calibrated to enhance visual comfort and define the architectural character of the workspace.
