A defining feature of the intervention is the newly constructed lobby and streamlined exit corridor, which work together to enhance circulation and elevate the arrival experience. To support the well-being and flexibility of the workforce, the core amenities were comprehensively upgraded to include modern kitchenettes and fully equipped shower facilities.

Additionally, a new custom stair assembly was integrated into the core, providing a seamless and architecturally striking connection to the second-floor workspace.
