The addition introduces 34 new Assisted Living units, each designed to balance private sanctuary with universal accessibility. Beyond the private living quarters, the design prioritizes communal experience. Expansive new dining, activity, and multi-purpose rooms are bathed in natural light, serving as dynamic social hubs that foster connection and engagement among the residents.

Deeply aligned with our belief in the therapeutic power of the environment, the project also features a newly designed Alzheimer's Garden. This secure, sensory-rich landscape offers a tranquil outdoor refuge, carefully choreographed to provide safe wandering paths and a deep connection to nature. A new architectural promenade physically and visually unifies the campus, ensuring a cohesive and supportive environment for all stages of care.
